Job Description
We are seeking a temporary HR Representative to join our team from July through mid-December. This role requires you to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with one day of your choice dedicated to a 2 PM to 10 PM shift for second-shift support.
ResponsibilitiesPartner and consult with people managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and escalations, to ensure a meaningful experience for employees.Provide department-wide and local site support to reinforce empowerment, diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging, including relations with local universities.Drive a high-performance culture by partnering with managers to assess, manage, develop, and recognize talent, ensuring business success and employee retention.Provide ongoing coaching to leaders, employees, and teams to help them achieve personal and business goals, preparing them for future readiness.Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage people in alignment with business strategy and goals, empowering the HR model.Support business and cultural transformation initiatives and communications as necessary.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in business or relevant education.5 years of experience in HR.Proven ability to exercise judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting hourly or manufacturing organizations is beneficial.Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships and influence and challenge others to support the team.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $44.00/hr.
