Job DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidatesCreate and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end datesCollaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needsEnsure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resourcesPrepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed⁠Manage and regularly update the intern databaseProvide support for various administrative tasks as needed

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fieldsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentationGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyKnowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functionsProactive, responsible, and able to work independentlyExperience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
