HR Recruiting Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist to join a prestigious international law firm client in NYC. This individual will partner with and support the recruitment of staff professionals across all US offices from intake meetings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring data integrity in iCIMS, the ATS. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, confidential, client-service environment. Day-to-day responsibilities may include: • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, for all staff professional and internship positions, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, salary ranges, and interview strategies. • Draft and post job descriptions to internal and external channels; ensure postings align with brand and compliance standards. • Partner with search firm techniques to identify and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, specialized legal networks, Boolean searches, market mapping, referrals, and diversity-focused channels. Build and maintain pipelines for recurring roles across various departments. • Conduct initial resume reviews and phone/video screens to assess qualifications, skills, and interest. • Own end-to-end scheduling across time zones and offices; prepare interview materials, guides, and feedback forms. Brief interviewers on competencies and ensure interview feedback is captured accurately and promptly in the ATS. • Extend verbal offers, coordinate written offers, initiate backgrounds/conflicts checks in partnership with Risk/HR Operations, and manage candidate close, start-date alignment, and work with the Onboarding Coordinator on onboarding. • Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS; Assist with weekly dashboards and recruiting updates. This is a full-time position that is local to NYC – in the office 4 days a week. Compensation $80k-$90k base salary Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, level of experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity. Skills and Requirements • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing and candidate management in a staffing agency/search firm or professional services environment • Experience coordinating high-volume interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting offer processes • Proficiency with iCIMS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and basic reporting/spreadsheet skills • Client-service oriented with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field • Currently working at a staffing agency/search firm
