Human Resources Recruiter - MTA Wicomico
OVERVIEW:
The main responsibility of the Recruiter is to coordinate high volume recruitment activities, full life cycle recruitment.
DUTIES:
Very high volume, full life cycle recruiting for drivers primarily, other positions as assignedManage applicant flow, disposition candidates and documenting applicants appropriately in ATS (JobVite)Manage applicant flow, disposition candidates and documenting applicants appropriately in ATS (JOBVITE).Coordinates the hiring process including candidate screening, hiring, new employee setup, payroll.Conduct phone screenings and in person interviewing of high-volume applicants.Manage on site career events/job fairs.Local travel to provide outreach in the community.Answer employee questions regarding forms and procedures and refer to Manager or appropriate staff member as needed.Gathers information for departmental reports.Assists with the understanding of human resource policies and procedures.Maintains confidentiality of all information.All duties relating to HR complianceOther tasks assigned
