HR Recruiter
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in driving recruitment efforts for both corporate and manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities: • Handle full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including corporate and manufacturing positions. • Manage relationships with staffing agencies to fulfill manufacturing workforce needs. • Develop and execute strategies to source and recruit candidates for remote sales roles across the nation. • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational values. • Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize and manage approximately 19 open requisitions at any given time. • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software to streamline hiring workflows. • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with organizational hiring standards. • Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes and strategies. • Partner with HR team members to support broader talent acquisition goals and initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and a detail-oriented approach. • Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Experience conducting interviews and screening candidates with at least 2 years of focused interviewing experience. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sourcing strategies for remote roles and challenging positions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external partners. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
