HR Recruiter
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, Ohio, on a Contract to permanent basis. This dynamic role combines recruitment expertise with HR administrative support to help drive our talent acquisition efforts and enhance employee engagement within our behavioral health organization. It is an exciting opportunity for an organized and meticulous individual passionate about fostering relationships and optimizing processes. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a range of roles. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. • Maintain and update job postings, recruitment metrics, and applicant tracking systems. • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate employee records. • Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. • Represent the organization at job fairs and other public events to promote career opportunities. • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain high standards in all HR activities. • Utilize HR software to streamline communication and manage electronic application processes. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and HR support. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and foster collaboration. • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems. • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes. • Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable automobile, and a clean driving record. • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screening, including drug testing.
