Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and identifying top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to source, track, and engage with potential candidates. • Conduct background checks and verify employment histories to ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Leverage platforms such as CareerBuilder and ADP Workforce Now to maximize outreach and attract candidates with relevant experience. • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely updates and feedback. • Coordinate benefit functions and onboarding processes for new hires. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure data integrity within systems. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment practices and enhance candidate experiences. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive hiring strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Familiarity with platforms such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools. • Strong understanding of compliance standards and related processes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of benefit functions and onboarding processes. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
