Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to manage recruitment and onboarding processes, while ensuring accurate employee documentation and compliance. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in HR functions, including interviewing, onboarding, and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and determine suitability for open roles. • Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. • Streamline onboarding processes by managing I-9 verification and facilitating employee orientations. • Maintain detailed employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to manage recruitment workflows and employee data. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive HR-related information. Requirements • Proven experience in recruiting or HR-related roles. • Strong knowledge of I-9 verification and onboarding procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of HR work. • Prior experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
