**HR Recruiter** **Location:** San Jose, CA | **Full-Time** **Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm** **$35.00 to $40.00 DOE** Foxconn is looking for a results-driven **HR Recruiter** to manage the full recruitment cycle and deliver top talent efficiently. You’ll partner with hiring managers, source high-quality candidates, and meet defined KPIs that ensure both speed and quality in hiring. **You Will:** + Own the process from requisition to offer acceptance. + Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles. + Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions. + Track and improve recruitment KPIs: + **Time to Fill** – requisition to offer acceptance. + **Time to Hire** – application to offer acceptance. + **Quality of Hire** – performance, retention, and manager satisfaction. + **Pipeline Health** – qualified candidates per role. + **Offer Acceptance Rate** – accepted offers vs. total offers. **You Bring:** + 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing or high-volume preferred). + Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics. + Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. **We Offer:** + Competitive pay + benefits. + Career growth in a global leader. + Collaborative, fast-paced work culture. **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
