Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This position offers an opportunity to work within the dynamic construction industry, collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms as needed.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and legal standards. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices, especially within the construction sector.
