Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Canton, Ohio. This role is essential for identifying, screening, and recommending top candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Review and evaluate employment applications to identify candidates who meet job requirements. • Conduct preliminary screenings to ensure applicants align with role-specific criteria. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to recommend candidates based on their skills, experience, and education. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate information and incumbent files. • Coordinate and oversee candidate competency testing to ensure alignment with job requirements. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines effectively. • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and detail-oriented networks. • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. • Strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on high-quality candidate placement. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Skilled in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications. • Ability to manage sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
