Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify professionals with relevant experience for various roles. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess applicants' skills, expertise, and alignment with organizational culture. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized records. • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and organizational policies. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment. • Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards. • Strong ability to conduct effective and structured interviews. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
