Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Huntington Beach, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to support the hiring of multiple positions. This is a fast-paced opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make an immediate impact. Responsibilities: • Review and assess incoming resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience. • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles. • Facilitate preliminary interviews as needed based on job requirements. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the management team. • Develop and implement effective local recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Optimize job listings across online platforms to maximize visibility and engagement. • Manage the recruitment process for multiple positions, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts. • Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Proven expertise in corporate recruiting and talent sourcing. • Strong skills in resume screening and conducting phone interviews. • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Ability to optimize job postings and utilize various recruitment methods effectively. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
