HR Recruiter
Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent for IT positions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruitment processes from creating job postings to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities: • Develop and post job descriptions tailored to attract candidates with relevant experience for IT roles, such as Business Developers and Software Engineers. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to manage candidate pipelines effectively. • Perform background checks and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise and suitability for the roles. • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles. • Maintain and update recruitment databases and CRM systems to track applicant progress. • Provide insights on market trends and recruitment strategies to optimize hiring outcomes. • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition. • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and applicant tracking systems. • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as CareerBuilder and CRM platforms. • Strong understanding of procedures related to benefits and compliance. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Knowledge of IT roles and industry-specific requirements is a plus. • High attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
