Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in McLean, Virginia on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment processes and tools, ensuring the efficient acquisition of top talent. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to organize, track, and manage candidate workflows. • Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility for prospective hires. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job postings. • Leverage tools like ADP Workforce Now and CareerBuilder to attract and engage candidates with relevant experience. • Maintain and update candidate records using CRM systems. • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate and administer benefit onboarding functions for new employees. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts. Requirements + 4+ years of full cycle recruiting and filling difficult roles. + Experience in sourcing difficult to fill roles in US and international. + Great with pinpointing and reaching out to candidates. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Must have experience in Full cycle recruiting – posting jobs, sourcing, reaching out to candidates, working with hiring managers, having interviews etc. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
