Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering relationships, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving hiring success. This is a hybrid position that does require someone who can go into the office 3 days a week.
Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Build strong connections with candidates to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring they remain engaged and informed.
• Monitor and update candidate progress within tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate and deliver interview schedules, feedback forms, and offer approvals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and priorities.
• Source and attract passive candidates for diverse roles using various tools and strategies.
• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate and schedule interviews while maintaining efficient timelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Similar recruiting support roles will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a meticulous and personable approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Teams and Outlook.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct background checks and manage interview scheduling.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• A sense of urgency and accountability in handling recruitment tasks.
