Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring smooth recruitment processes. Your expertise in applicant tracking systems and communication will be essential to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to efficiently track and manage candidate information. • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies. • Leverage platforms like CareerBuilder to source candidates with relevant experience and expand talent pipelines. • Execute benefit-related functions, ensuring candidates are informed about company offerings. • Maintain clear and detail-focused communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in financial services. • Ensure recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services sector. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools such as ADP Workforce Now. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and other recruitment technologies. • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and related processes. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with benefit functions and onboarding processes. • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
