Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Irvine, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment efforts and provide HR support within a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using tools like Paycom and ATS systems. • Collaborate with leadership to provide regular updates on hiring progress and metrics. • Support onboarding activities, including orientation programs and new employee documentation. • Assist with HR compliance tasks such as background checks and I-9 verification. • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is updated in relevant systems. • Partner with the HR team to drive employee engagement initiatives and communications. • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Requirements • 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting, preferably within the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industries. • Proficiency in HR compliance processes and familiarity with systems like Paycom and ADP Workforce Now. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, and CRM tools. • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to generate reports for leadership. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and internal teams. • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
