This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with clients to ensure successful placements. Responsibilities: • Identify and attract top talent using diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, detail-oriented networks, and referrals. • Review resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements. • Build and nurture strong relationships with job seekers, offering career advice and insights on market trends. • Advocate for candidates by showcasing their strengths and potential value to hiring organizations. • Collaborate with clients to present well-matched candidate profiles that align with their business objectives. • Facilitate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring process. • Oversee onboarding activities to support a smooth transition for both candidates and clients. • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies. • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage candidate and client interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms, and CareerBuilder. • Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking software. • Experience conducting background checks and managing benefit functions. • Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. • Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries. • Knowledge of financial services and human resources processes. • Adept at managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
