Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for positions requiring security clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers for roles requiring security clearances.
• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent for government and defense-related contracts.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and detail-oriented networks, to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of candidates to ensure alignment with required skills, experience, and clearance levels.
• Verify and document candidates' security clearances in compliance with government regulations.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients by providing insights on market trends and the availability of cleared personnel.
• Maintain long-term relationships with candidates to build a robust pipeline of talent for future needs.
• Accurately document all candidate interactions and updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to federal regulations and company policies regarding cleared personnel. Requirements • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for positions requiring security clearances.
• Strong understanding of security clearance levels, such as Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI, and their associated compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as CareerBuilder, Indeed, and social media platforms.
• Background in corporate or executive recruiting is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
