Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in St. Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. Responsibilities: • Identify and attract candidates with relevant experience through diverse sourcing channels, including internal databases, LinkedIn, and job boards like Indeed and Monster. • Conduct thorough resume reviews and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment. • Ensure a positive and detail-oriented experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. • Maintain organized and accurate candidate pipelines and records within the internal recruitment system. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure candidate suitability. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as CareerBuilder and LinkedIn. • Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos and tools such as Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of conducting background checks and managing benefit-related functions. • Strong understanding of hiring processes and documentation requirements. • Familiarity with ADP Financial Services or similar payroll systems. • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple recruitment projects. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
