Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Decatur, Illinois. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and HR processes. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to efficiently track and manage candidate information. • Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools like CareerBuilder to attract candidates with relevant experience. • Maintain accurate records of applicant and recruitment activities using CRM systems. • Assist in the administration of benefit functions related to new hires. • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now and ATS platforms. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Familiarity with conducting background checks and benefit-related functions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking and reporting. • Experience with job boards like CareerBuilder and other sourcing tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
