Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools to drive hiring success. Responsibilities: ADP Module Experience is a MUST • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring process. • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans. • Leverage platforms such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools to identify and engage potential hires. • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. • Support benefit functions and other HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other workforce management tools. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. • Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing compliance processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Experience with CRM tools and CareerBuilder is highly desirable. • Strong organizational and analytical skills to track and improve hiring outcomes.
