Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Boonton, New Jersey, for a Contract-to-Permanent position. In this role, you will focus on filling long-term positions for managerial roles across various departments. This opportunity involves collaborating closely with department managers, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process while supporting the overall hiring strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment efforts for long-term managerial positions, including roles such as assistant managers, warehouse supervisors, and food and beverage managers.
• Partner with department managers to prioritize job requisitions and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a thorough and engaging experience.
• Utilize platforms such as Indeed and Paylocity to post job openings and streamline the hiring process.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment and hiring stages.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within applicant tracking systems.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to managers regarding candidate progress and hiring timelines.
• Perform background checks and verify employment eligibility as part of the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to address staffing needs and improve recruitment efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of HR recruitment experience, with a preference for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant expertise.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and Paylocity, as well as applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with managers and candidates.
• Experience conducting background checks and verifying employment eligibility.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and other HR-related systems is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Previous experience recruiting for managerial roles in industries such as food and beverage or warehousing is a plus. TalentMatch®
