Robert Half is assisting a respected company in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area in their search for an on-site HR Recruiter to join their growing team.
Position Overview
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the organization's hiring efforts. From sourcing top talent to facilitating seamless hiring processes, you’ll directly contribute to building a skilled and dynamic workforce. This is a fully on-site position, providing you with excellent opportunities to work closely with hiring managers and candidates in person, fostering meaningful relationships and insights.
Key Responsibilities
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill a variety of roles within the organization.
+ Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and create strategies to attract the best talent.
+ Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other avenues to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
+ Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process for all candidates from start to finish.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hiring practices, employment laws, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Experience: 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
+ Technology: Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media recruiting tools, and HR software.
+ Passion for people and a knack for identifying talent!
