Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Coppell, Texas. This role focuses solely on recruiting, with responsibilities centered around sourcing and engaging talent for roles in the hospitality industry, including CNAs, chefs, and housekeepers. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Source, identify, and engage candidates for roles in the hospitality industry, including CNAs, chefs, and housekeepers. • Build and maintain a diverse talent pool to ensure a steady pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Coordinate interview schedules and communications between candidates and hiring teams. • Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies. • Promote diversity and inclusion through targeted recruitment efforts. • Monitor recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the hospitality industry. • Demonstrated ability to source and engage talent effectively. • Strong understanding of talent management and employee engagement strategies. • Familiarity with diversity recruitment initiatives and best practices. • Excellent organizational skills to manage interview coordination and candidate communications. • Proficiency in using recruiting tools, platforms, and databases. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
