HR Records Specialist
Job Title: HR Records Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic team as an HR Records Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting an i-9 audit project. You will be responsible for organizing and collecting electronic files, ensuring compliance for 450 employees, and updating tracking sheets using Excel. Responsibilities + Organize and collect electronic HR files. + Ensure completion and accuracy of i-9 forms for 450 employees. + Update and maintain tracking sheets in Excel. + Provide audit support for employment verification processes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in human resources procedures. + Experience with scanning and clerical tasks. + Familiarity with audit support and employment verification. + Strong Excel skills. + Experience with i-9 review. + Experience with data entry and onboarding processes. Work Environment This is a project-based role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible, with hours from Monday to Friday, either 8 AM to 5 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. This contract is expected to last between 8 to 12 weeks. Successful performance may open doors for future opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
