The Project Manager, HR position facilitates managing projects from beginning to end while planning, organizing, and controlling the projects.
The Plan activities include:
defining the project objectives and developing a plan to accomplish the objectives partnering with the project sponsors/stakeholders to define specific objectives developing in concert with team members a plan to accomplish the objectivesThe Organize activities include:
identifying and securing resources (full time and or contractor) determining tasks to complete and their associated timelines and deadlines assigning tasks, delegating authority, and motivating team members to work together organizing and leading project meetingsThe Control activities include:
tracking actual progress to planned progress and escalating action required tracking key decisions providing status reports on a scheduled basis to members of the team leading cutover and hyper care routines overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle managing change controls and scope creep
