HR Project Manager: AI Solutions

Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections. **Summary** Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate between business stakeholders and delivery teams, systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project **What you’ll do** + Develop (code), test, and provide ongoing application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements. + Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs. + Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies. + Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. + Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. + Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies. **What you’ll bring** + Ability to deconstruct end-to-end processes into atomic tasks suitable for AI intervention. + Experience crafting clear, concise, and targeted communication strategies + Experience with Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management approaches + Experience defining and tracking KPIs for change management and AI adoption + Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, especially agentic AI (AI systems capable of autonomous action). + Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflicts diplomatically + Proven team player, able to work cross-functionally + Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments + Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions **What you’ll need** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. + 3+ years of related experience. + Certification is required in some areas. **TCP Career Step Differentiator:** Codes complex applications.
