Job DescriptionAs an HR Expert within our international People, Organization and Culture team, you will play a key role in driving impactful concepts and organizational development projects for our locations globally together with the local People Partner team. You will provide essential guidance and also administrative support to various HR projects and functions, contribute to reorganizations and change management initiatives, and foster employee engagement through coordinating activities globally. As an “HR allrounder” this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a dynamic and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support re-organizations and change processes cross locations and countries, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with impacted colleagues on business, central and HR side;Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of various global HR projects & concepts related to organizational structure and development and HR process improvement;Enhance communication of HR and business activities, ensuring clear and timely information flow to employees;Provide administrative support to HR functions, including report generation, document management, and other tasks as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience);3-5 years of related HR experience;Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization;Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively;Experience working in a global or multicultural organization is a plus;Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential;Fluency in English (working in English on daily basis).Additional InformationBenefits:
