The HR Program Manager plays a critical role in enabling the successful planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role ensures people programs are thoughtfully prepared, clearly communicated, and easy to implement—enhancing the experience for leaders, HR teams, and team members.Operating across HR Business Partner groups and in close coordination with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners, the HR Program Manager transforms enterprise initiatives into business-ready solutions. By driving clarity, consistency, and operational excellence in program delivery, this role strengthens HR’s ability to deliver value and maintain focus on business priorities.Job Description:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field requiredPMP, SHRM-CP/SCP, or other relevant certification preferredWork Experience
5+ years of experience in HR, project management, or program coordination rolesExperience supporting HR teams or implementing people-related initiatives preferredExperience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multi-unit environment is a plusPrior experience as an HR Business Partner is beneficialDemonstrated success in managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outcomesSkills

Prepare and organize materials, tools, and guidance that enable the effective delivery of people programsTranslate enterprise HR initiatives into practical, business-ready resourcesCoordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to ensure programs are implementation-readyCapture feedback and share effective practices to drive consistency and improvementLead or support HR projects that enhance how HR enables the businessManage timelines, deliverables, and communications for HR initiativesSupport change enablement efforts by preparing leaders and HR teams for rolloutMonitor program effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on feedback and outcomesMaintain documentation, templates, and toolkits to support HRBP executionContribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as assignedSupport internal communications and knowledge sharing related to HR programsIdentify scalable practices and help replicate success across HRBP teamsSupport the delivery and execution of project-based work related to organizational design, including coordination, documentation, and implementation planningPhysical Requirements & Attendance
