Pwc Luxembourg is hiring a HR Program Management Internal Consultant (m/f/d). What if it was you?

Your mission: We are seeking an HR Program Management Consultant to join our HR Program Management team, within the HR Department. In this role you will help to manage HR initiatives from end to end: overseeing budget, timeline and expected outcomes, from concept to implementation.

Be a part of our team where you will:

Assist in the structure, management and facilitation of HR initiatives to support our firm HR Strategy;

Oversee the full lifecycle of HR initiatives, from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within time;Interact with the key roles in the HR Department and with the business stakeholders;Support in the orchestration of the different stakeholders and contributors, connect the dots and enable your colleagues to identify strategic interdependencies with other ongoing initiatives;Be a change agent, think end to end, challenge, hypothesize and test solutions, ensuring effective implementation from the start.

Have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar position and hold an University degree or similar;Possess motivation, solution-oriented mindset and capability to adapt yourself in any situations;Are able to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;Demonstrate strong organization skills and the capacity to drive results;Show excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;Have strong knowledge of HR Topics, having relevant experience in HR project management, HR management consulting or HR internal department;Are fluent in English;Have a good knowledge of MS Office.
