HR Process Manager - Talent & Learning

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and continuously improve our Talent and Learning processes within SuccessFactors. In this cross-functional role, you will act as a strategic partner between HR, IT, and external vendors — ensuring our HR systems support business goals, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent user experience.

You will be responsible for process governance, system optimization, and project delivery related to the SuccessFactors Learning and Talent modules, playing a key role in Innomotics’ global HR digitalization journey.

Your key responsibilities Coordinate the analysis of requirements and Implementing changes and new developments in the SAP SuccessFactors modules (Focus Talent & Learning) together with our external Application Management Services (AMS) Provider Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Technical support for the Learning module and Talent Modules together with our AMS provider Act as key liasion between HR Talent and Learning Process Owners / Stakeholder, HR Services internally, IT and external vendors to align system capabilities with business needs. Lead HRIS-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Support system administration, issue resolution, and performance management in collaboration with AMS partners. Coordinate change management activities, including communication, training, and user support. Monitor system trends and benchmark best practices to shape the future of our HR technology landscape. Your profile Degree in IT, business administration with an HR focus, business informatics, or a similar field. At least 2 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Talent; experience with EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, or SAP HCM is a plus. More than 3 years of experience with HR systems and processes, including system implementation and process ownership. Proven track record of leading HR IT projects; project management certification (e.g., PMP or Agile/Scrum) is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of data structures and integrations, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Familiarity with GDPR and system security best practices, with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in both English and Czech, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional and technical context. Why join Innomotics?
