This position will focus on personnel administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring alignment with Nestlé’s commitment to a high-performance culture. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + **Personnel Administration** : Assist in the administration of HR policies and ensure compliance with Nestlé regulations and Egyptian labor laws. + **Documentation Management** : Maintain and update employee files, legal registers, and medical committee documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. + **Contract Management** : Support the renewal of employee contracts on a quarterly basis and assist in the onboarding process for new hires. + **Compliance Monitoring** : Help ensure compliance with social insurance regulations and assist in preparing for inspection visits. + **Confidentiality** : Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and protect the organization’s interests. + **Data Management** : Assist in organizing HR databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality while supporting reporting and analysis for HR metrics. **What Will Make You Successful…** + Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personnel. + Solid knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices. + Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management. + Proficiency in English. + Strong sense of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. + Excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
