The Impact You'll Make

As our HR People Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Danfoss HR Operations in Slovakia delivers effective, compliant, and business-focused HR solutions.
Your impact? By supporting leaders, implementing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor law, you will help us create a workplace where people feel engaged, supported, and motivated.
You’ll collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and employees, taking ownership of key HR processes that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention in our manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Support managers and HRBPs with organizational changes and coordinate dismissal processes in line with legislation. Ensure compliance with Slovak Labor Code and Danfoss internal policies in all HR practices. Monitor and analyze data related to sick leave, engagement, and job satisfaction, and recommend improvements to leaders. Implement and optimize HR processes, ensuring smooth local rollout of global initiatives. Provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution support to employees and leaders. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field. Strong knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code and related regulations. Experience in process implementation, change management, and transformation initiatives. Ability to work independently in a complex, international, matrixed organization. Fluent English on B2 level or above. Driving license (B category). What You'll Get from Us
