You’ll collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and employees, taking ownership of key HR processes that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention in our manufacturing environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Support managers and HRBPs with organizational changes and coordinate dismissal processes in line with legislation. + Ensure compliance with Slovak Labor Code and Danfoss internal policies in all HR practices. + Monitor and analyze data related to sick leave, engagement, and job satisfaction, and recommend improvements to leaders. + Implement and optimize HR processes, ensuring smooth local rollout of global initiatives. + Provide coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution support to employees and leaders. **What We're Looking For** + Minimum of 5 years HR experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment + University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or related field. + Strong knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code and related regulations. + Experience in process implementation, change management, and transformation initiatives. + Ability to work independently in a complex, international, matrixed organization. + Fluent English on B2 level or above. + Driving license (B category). **What You'll Get from Us** At Danfoss we truly value every employee and know that the success of our company is built on people.
