HR People Partner
The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR People Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and tactical sparring partner to leaders in our production facility in Grasten. You will be responsible for orchestrating HR activities across production teams, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience through relationship building, collaboration, and effective navigation of administrative and legal processes. You will have a seat in the local Workers Council as well as in the local leadership team at the site and will work with the local authorities and shop stewards on e.g. retention and cases of absence. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Act as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for production leaders, addressing tactical people issues and topics. Proactively monitor local business needs, using data and analytics to translate them into people initiatives that drive performance and engagement. Guide, coach, and support leaders on people-related topics and leadership processes, enhancing the overall employee experience. Ensure effective communication and implementation of new initiatives, fostering high engagement and successful outcomes. Collaborate with leaders to cultivate a company culture based on psychological safety and inclusivity. Align priorities with HR Business Partners and fellow People Partners to ensure consistent support across the organization. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and ethical standards. Support leaders in finding solutions to operational matters, promoting the use of our European Service Delivery function, "AskHR." What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, coaching leaders and utilizing a broad HR skillset. Proven experience in implementing processes or initiatives that benefit employees and the company. Strong business acumen, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence others. Fluency in both Danish and Englis
