You’ll work alongside a passionate international HR community, and our AskHR team will have your back with operational support. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Guide, coach, develop and support leaders/people managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience + Acting as a go-to trusted advisor, business HR liaison, coach and change agent for leaders/people managers, handling tactical people issues and topics + Ensure effective communication and implementation of change management initiatives, fostering high engagement and successful outcomes + Together with leaders/people managers collaborate on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs + Further encourage the company culture and engagement together with business and people leaders to support goal achievements, psychological safety and an inclusive work environment **What We're Looking For** We know that great People Partners come from many backgrounds.
