As a HR People Partner, you will be the tactical sparring partner to our leaders/people managers and orchestrates HR across the global/local teams to offer a smooth and top-of-class HR experience. The People Partner is a member of the regional/global teams, acting as the single point of contact on people topics in the region and securing the execution of the HR strategy in collaboration with the HR Business Partners.

What You’ll Be Doing Guide, coach, develop and support leaders/people managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience Act as a go-to trusted advisor, business HR liaison, coach and change agent for leaders/people managers, handle tactical people issues and topics Ensure effective communication and implementation of change management initiatives, fostering high engagement and successful outcomes Collaborate with leaders/people managers on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs Drive company culture and engagement together with business and people leaders to support goal achievements, psychological safety and an inclusive work environment What We're Looking For University degree in human resource management, business or any related field Minimum 6 years of relevant experience Experience in supporting Southeast Asia countries Experience in process implementation, change management, and transformation initiatives Ability to work independently in a complex, international, matrixed organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
