HR Coordination - 45k-50k - Hybrid in Mississauga or Stoney Creek 

1 year contract with possibility of permanence

training provided, need to be good with Excel,

Have Payroll experience

 

Tasks :

Support the HR Generalist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Maintain accurate HR documentation, including employee records and compliance files. Assist in managing CNESST documents, monitoring compliance, and issuing necessary follow-ups. Coordinate employee leave requests (absences, sick leave, vacation, etc.) and track attendance. Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is collected and organized. Support employee relations processes, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents. Assist in the work permit renewal process and provide HR reports as needed.
