Job Summary: 
The HR Partner with Payroll Expertise is responsible for managing and processing the company’s payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and supporting various HR functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Additionally, the role offers opportunities to develop HR Business Partner skills, including change management responsibilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Management:Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including time registration, for all (blue- and white-collar) employees in Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements, Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statementsHandle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerCoordinate with the finance department for payroll funding and reconciliation.2. HR Support:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviewsMaintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policiesSupport in global mobility casesSupport the onboarding process for new hiresParticipate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.Support in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Over 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.Proven track record in benefits administration.In-depth understanding of payroll laws and regulations.Expertise in payroll software such as e-Blox and Protime.Skilled in HRIS systems, particularly Workday.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Multilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
