OVERVIEW
The Asst. Manager for HR Projects & Engagements will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience for the Philippines. This position requires strong expertise in project management, employee engagement, and internal communications. The role will lead complex HR projects, design and implement engagement strategies, and ensure effective communication across the organization while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in project management, employee engagement, and internal communications.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in crafting impactful messages for diverse audiences.Advanced proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and MS Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated success in driving cultural and engagement initiatives across demo.Location: Philippines
