What you can look forward to as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant:

 

Process USA weekly/bi-weekly payroll using Kronos, UKG, PeopleSoft, SAP, and ADP systems Review and validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax adjustments Manage online paychecks, refunds, garnishments, and third-party reporting Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including 401K and FICA updates Reconcile payroll reports, uncashed checks, and year-end balances Communicate payroll deadlines and updates to HR and cross-functional teams Support audits, internal reviews, and year-end payroll reporting Provide excellent customer service to ZF plants and employees regarding payroll inquiries
 
 
Your Profile as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant:

 

Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance 3–4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with USA and Canada payroll 80–90% bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strong analytical, problem-solving, and internal control skills Proficient in PeopleSoft, SAP, QAD, and MS Office High ethical standards and attention to compliance Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
