Job Description
The HR Ops Coordinator will oversee the pre-hire due diligence process to ensure all candidates meet organizational and regulatory requirements. You will process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including due diligence, new hires, job changes, and terminations.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the pre-hire due diligence process to ensure all candidates meet organizational and regulatory requirements.Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.Respond to and triage incoming HR inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems.Organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.Manage onboarding tasks in Workday, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.Maintain high standards of data integrity by validating and updating employee records.Support audits and compliance reporting by providing necessary documentation and reports.Work closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Payroll, and People Managers to support HR operations.Ensure seamless handoffs and communication across HR functional areas.Manage unemployment claims, including correspondence and documentation requests.Respond to EDD requests and ensure compliance with all applicable state requirements.Essential SkillsExperience with HR inquiries and onboarding processes.Proficiency in Workday for managing employee lifecycle transactions.Strong documentation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in organizing and facilitating orientation sessions.Ability to manage onboarding tasks effectively.Knowledge of audit and compliance reporting processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
