As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance

Advises company managers on HR policies and procedures in the company and their implementation;Provides expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance and self-serviceProvide HR services and HR consultation to all employees and help to resolve different problems;Drive HR operations self-service agendaProvide decision support through HR metricsOverseeing HRIS maintenance and utilizing HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracyLeading and mentoring HR operations teams ensuring effectiveness and productivity

Requirements:

A solid HR administration background with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experiencePeople management experience 1-2 yearsComprehensive knowledge of the Romanian legislation/labor laws pertaining to the successful processing of the administrative requirementsExperience with HR systems – Service Now, WorkdayExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailDesire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishVery good Excel skillsAvailability to travel to Clinceni Plant
