HR Operations Support Specialist

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers in case of any general HR queries or requests.
+ Administration of an employee's life-cycle changes (eg: system data management, prepare and file relevant documentations, communication with stakeholders).
+ Support on employment verifications and all kinds of employment-related document (eg: employment certificate, visa letter, employment reference letter, bond agreement etc).
+ Creating various employment/employee data reports.
+ Liaising with other functional departments (eg: payroll, finance, legal, HR/TA business partners etc.) when handling different HR operational cases.
+ Participation in continuous improvement projects to enhance existing HR processes.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), especially in English language.
+ Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Prior work experience in HR-related areas.
+ Knowledge in HR-related systems and ticketing tools (eg: Oracle, Track-It, ServiceNow etc.)
