To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities:** **HR Administration & Compliance** + Maintain accurate employee records across all employment events (hires, transfers, exits) in Workday and local files. + Ensure compliance with local labour laws, Lenovo policies, and audit requirements including WGEA, workers' comp, centrallink, Services Australia updates, etc. + Coordinate and manage visa/work permit applications, renewals, and government submissions in collaboration with Global Mobility. + Prepare HR-related letters, employment certificates, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes. + Manage American Express card management process and liaise with Finance team to ensure the compliance adherence. + Oversee proper documentation for vendors, contractors, and interns, ensuring headcount reconciliation and policy alignment. **Employee Lifecycle Support** + Support end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, induction, internal transfers, leave management, and exits. + Coordinate payroll data for new hires, terminations, and leave adjustments in collaboration with payroll and finance teams. + Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR processes, systems, and policies in partnership with HR COEs and HRPs. + Ensure HR intranet (HRKB) content is current and employee-facing communications are accurate and timely. **Stakeholder Management & Coordination** + Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, C&B, Global Mobility, REWS, and Procurement to deliver seamless HR operations. + Coordinate vendor activities and ensure supplier payments and contracts are managed in line with Lenovo’s policies. + Support in reviewing vendor agreements and liaising with procurement on any contract modifications. **Culture, Engagement & Development** + Assist with the planning and logistics of L&D programs, site engagement activities, CSR/ESG events, and NEO (New Employee Orientation). + Administer employee recognition initiatives (e.g., birthdays, service awards, festival gifts). + Monitor employee attendance and overtime compliance and assist with labour inspections when needed. + Actively support DE&I, well-being, and culture-building initiatives across ANZ. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + 5+ years of experience in an HR operations or generalist role, preferably covering ANZ markets. + Strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand labour laws and statutory compliance. + Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). + High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organisational and project coordination skills. + Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with confidentiality and professionalism. **Additional Locations** : * Australia - New South Wales - North Sydney * Australia * Australia - New South Wales * Australia - New South Wales - North Sydney
