Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist supports employees and managers on all general human resources matters related to policies, processes, activities, and employee services.

Responsibilities:

Manage studio payroll in collaboration with the external payroll agency and according to the Serbian legislation and company policiesAdvise HR & Finance teams on labor administration topicsPrepare labor contracts, annexes and other documentation for newcomers, departures and current employeesManage the database of employee files with all the necessary documents in accordance with all legal requirementsProvide diverse administrative support to the employees and keep track of holidays, sick leaves, work from home, consult on payroll questionsMaintain and update the internal HR System with all employees' dataParticipate in different studio activities and global projects

Qualifications

Must have:

Fluent English and Serbian (spoken and written)Excellent knowledge of the Serbian labor legislationExcellent reporting, analytical and presentation skillsExcellent skills with MS Excel
