We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Operations Specialist (full-time, fixed-term)

to join our team and help shape the future of HR service delivery in our team in Tallinn. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations - ensuring compliance, enhancing efficiency, and supporting our employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Role overview

Manage core HR processes, including onboarding, contract changes, and terminations. Administer payroll, benefits, and occupational health systems while maintaining accurate and confidential personnel records. Ensure compliance with Estonian labor law and other regulatory requirements, staying ahead of legislative changes. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters. Collaborate with payroll, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations. Drive high-quality, consistent data maintenance across HR systems and personnel files. Support global mobility operations, including relocations and expatriate processes. Administer HR systems such as HRIS, LMS, and recruiting platforms to support employee development and talent acquisition. Prepare reports and HR metrics for internal and external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency.

Required skills and experience

Experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role. Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and Estonian labor law compliance. Familiarity with HRIS, LMS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Persona). Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. A collaborative mindset and a service-oriented approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with global mobility is a strong plus. Proficiency in English.
