**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee the general daily HR operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing the HR service center, and overseeing HR data and reporting functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ General HR Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective HR services are delivered to employees. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline service delivery processes.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
+ Service Center Management: Oversee the HR service center, ensuring that employee inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Implement and maintain service standards to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.
+ HR Data and Reporting Management: Manage HR data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Develop and generate HR reports and analytics within Workday to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**About You:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
+ Proven knowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant employment laws.
+ Strong understanding of HRIS, case management, and workflow automation tools.
+ Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ High level of discretion and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.

**Our Benefits:**
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The full pay range for this role is $88,944.67 to $165,182.79. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
